Commercial Property
From the 1st October 2008, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be required for buildings sold rented or in the process of being constructed. There are a few exceptions (details of which are available upon request). In most cases, however, an EPC will be required.

Our fees:

We are totally transparent in relation to fees. We discuss fees with clients at the outset and in some cases the first consultation we offer is free or at a nominal charge.

Making an appointment:

You can do this by telephone, email or simply call in to our office. In some cases we will offer appointments at short notice. Although it is preferable to meet and talk to our clients face to face, in many cases, much of our work can be completed using telephone, post or email especially more straightforward conveyancing work.
