Commercial Property
From the 1st October 2008, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be required for buildings sold rented or in the process of being constructed. There are a few exceptions (details of which are available upon request). In most cases, however, an EPC will be required.

Although it is preferable to meet and talk to our clients face to face, in many cases, much of our work can be completed using telephone, post or email - especially more straightforward conveyancing work.

Our fees: we are totally transparent in relation to fees. We discuss fees with clients at the outset and provide a written estimate. In some cases, the first consultation is free or the charge is nominal. If you are unsure about our fees, please ask.
